Coastal Brick Cleaning was engaged to complete the external masonry cleaning works for a five-storey exposed face brick apartment development in Mandurah.

The project involved over 1,500m² of large-format concrete single course masonry, incorporating three different block variations across the building façade. With the masonry remaining as the final exposed finish, achieving consistency across all elevations was critical.

Throughout construction, the surface had accumulated mortar staining, concrete residue and general construction dust. Our cleaning process involved a detailed multi-stage approach including acid washing, pressure cleaning and neutralisation, with additional treatments carried out where required to achieve the desired presentation standard.

Working across multiple levels with scaffold access, Coastal Brick Cleaning focused on delivering a clean, consistent and professionally finished façade ready for the next stage of the development.
